Product Description

The Large Bullet Resistant Package Passer is designed to help defeat ballistic assaults from Levels 1, 2 and 3 handguns based on UL752 standards. Interlocking mechanisms keep one door locked at all times while allowing packages to be passed through the full vision barrier without a breach of security. Designed to be installed with a new or retrofit security barrier or by itself in a finished opening.

Box Construction

  • The Large Package Passer is a box construction using bullet resistant transparent acrylic or polycarbonate material and ballistic aluminum. Full height jambs which house a steel counterweight system for vertical lifting doors.
  • Unit will rest on existing or new countertop. No base is supplied.
  • Chrome or acrylic lifting handles on lifting doors.
  • This passer is held together with extruded clear anodized aluminum and plated steel fasteners to match.

Glazing

  • The glazing materials used are consistent with Underwriter Laboratories’ Standard 752 specified for bullet resistance.
  • Bullet resisting protection level shall be as specified by end user and consistent with threat level.

  • UL Level 1: 1¼” Acrylic
  • UL Level 2: 13⁄8″ Acrylic
  • UL Level 3: 1¼” Lexgard® SP1250
